What the Health is going on?

In spite of possessing a medical history that exempts me from wearing a mask, Tower Health "Health System" took the Biden/Fauci Comply or Die approach by refusing to treat me although I have several life-threatening illnesses. So for the last 2 1/2 years they refused to see me in person, during which time I narrowly averted another stroke and I subsequently diagnosed and requested specific treatment for it over the phone. They were big on writing all and as many prescriptions as I needed without seeing me. So after the CDC finally admitted they were wrong, the doctor immediately contacted me and said I could finally come to the practice after all the other patients were gone, a request I made numerous times before. Anyway when I got there, they immediately started with the mask bullying and I had to make 3 requests for her to read the doctor's note that I would finally be admitted maskless. It was glaringly apparent by the looks on their faces, they thought I would be on death's door. But because I had requested to double one of the BP meds, my BP was better than it has been in 30 years, and the doctor marveled at the fact that I lost 6 lbs and increased muscle mass in those 2 1/2 years, and he was shocked to learn that I had weaned myself off the Opioids he had been calling in every 30 days without seeing me for that 2 1/2 years. The plan was to create a failure to thrive, but the global plan backfired, if only in this case. My whole point with this rant is that YOU are the one in charge of your health. Whether you thrive or not remains solely in the fact that people make money off of your diseases and bad health, but only you benefit from your health, and you can heal yourself with dedication and commitment. If you haven't already, you need to take charge of your health: eat good fresh foods because they're cheaper anyway, and get into a DAILY exercise routine. Lifting boxes at work is not exercise. That's work. You need a specific plan. And even if you're disabled, there are exercises for you. I would be happy to make a plan for you to accommodate any special circumstances or needs. But know this, you will need to be strong for what's coming next.
